How to Connect on Lineage 2 Scarlet Freya 15x server

In order to play, you first need to register for a Lineage 2 Scarlet user account.
STEP 1: Register your account on website
STEP 2: Download the Lineage 2 Freya Game Client and Patch

You'll need to install the game client using the installer "Setup.exe". After installation you'll need to download and replace with our L2 Scarlet system patch. Just unzip the archive, run "Setup.exe" wait until installation is done, download our patch and replace the "system" folder. Start the game from ../system/l2.exe

Just unzip the archive with our L2 Scarlet system patch and replace the "system" folder from your game. Start the game from ../system/l2.exe

Numbers of protocol revisions that server allows to connect.
WARNING: Changing the protocol revision may result in incompatible communication and many errors in game! DON'T use High Five!
Default: 216 (Freya game client)
AllowedProtocolRevisions = 216 (Freya game client).

Castle Cloaks Patch​

[IMPORTANT!] -- Download castle-cloaks archive and copy/paste content from 'system' and 'SysTextures' to your game folder.
(You'll not be able to see cloaks in game if you don't have this patch).

For Linux & Mac users​

STEP 1
Install PlayOnLinux latest version or PlayOnMac latest version
Install WINE
WINE latest version for your OS (is recommended)
Open your terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and write: wine --version or install from PlayOnLinux - Tools - Manage Wine Versions (x86 and amd64 same version of WINE)


STEP 2
Download Tahoma font (copy/paste in .wine\drive_c\windows\Fonts) and install DirectX 9c or DirectX 11 via Winetricks.

IMPORTANT!
Required: corefonts / d3dx9 or above / dotnet20 / msxml4 or msxml6 / vcrun2008 / Tahoma fonts
Install corefonts: sudo apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installer
Change ALT key with SUPER in your Linux OS settings.
Disable csmt (Create a new D_WORD Key in Windows Registry from Wine and restart - to avoid High CPU usage)
